What Your Ticket Includes

Admission to the Black Coffee night at UNVRS. Entry-before-1am and Standard tickets cover general access; the VIP Experience is booked separately and adds priority dome entry, a private terraced balcony, VIP restroom access and drinks.

Age Recommendations

UNVRS operates a strict over-18s policy. A valid national ID or passport is required for entry; anyone under 18 will be refused admission.

Best Time to Attend

Doors open around 23:30 and the night runs into the early hours — arrive early to settle in for a long, immersive Black Coffee journey.

Facilities

Full bar service and VIP areas inside the venue. Outside food and drink are not permitted. A one-way shuttle transfer is included with your ticket from Playa d'en Bossa and San Antonio.

How to get there

By car: Drive via the EI-600 road between Ibiza Town and San Antonio. Follow signs to San Rafael; UNVRS is on Urbanización San Rafael, s/n, 07816.

By taxi: Take a taxi to UNVRS Ibiza, San Rafael. The venue is centrally located and taxi drivers know it well.

By shuttle & bus: A one-way shuttle is included with your ticket from Playa d'en Bossa (outside Ushuaïa reception) and San Antonio Bus Station, dropping guests opposite the entrance arches. Public Discobus routes also serve the UNVRS area.

No. It is strictly prohibited to bring beverages, alcoholic or non-alcoholic, into the premises. There is full bar service inside the venue.

Cancellations are allowed if requested at least 24 hours before the event. Refunds for a cancelled event can be requested within 48 hours of the cancellation. Once the event has finished, refunds are not possible.
